50th Wedding Anniversary Surprise Party!

Think after 50 years of marriage there are no surprises?  Think again.  When you have 3 beautiful children and a wonderful family, surprises are bound to happen.  The sons and daughter put their sibling heads together and surprised their lovely parents with a party to celebrate 50 years of marital bliss! The party planning went without a hitch; Mom and Dad were so surprised! The theme was Rio de Janeiro in honor of their father who traveled there and fell in love. It is his favorite vacation destination.  It rained outside but inside there was a festive fun celebration going on as the parents renewed their vows and were blessed by the priest. The centerpieces were coordinated with masks and boas. The family was entertained by a video sent from family members who live abroad. At the end of the event, the parents expressed that the day would be etched in their minds FOREVER!
